feat: add Posts Livewire CRUD page

Adds the Posts index page (list/create/edit/delete) following the existing Sites/SocialAccounts pattern, and extends the shared nav layout with a Posts link. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
