We need a tags system for the jobs. Also, on the jobs table we need a is_curated bool column. a command that gets jobs that were not curated, does an POST api call that i will give later to you with the job name and description and the response will be an array of tags. we should save those tags and associate it with the job. we should also display the tags in the job page,
